Last week we ran our first Michelin Star Chef master-class with John Burton Race (**), Martin Blunos(**) and Ed Baines. The idea is to offer clients the opportunity of working with the industries finest chefs, cooking at the highest level, in a competitive environment, whilst enjoying plenty of Champagne along the way!
Dishes were judged at the end of the session and Martin won with an apple and goat’s cheese Galette.
I’ll be re-introducing my monthly recipe videos within the next three weeks and I’ll be showing you all how to make the winning dish on the first show. We’ll also be doing the draw for our monthly win a pasta machine competition, and talking about the most seasonal ingredients of the moment.
