Underground Cookery Challenge

Your party arrive to breakfast (Bacon rolls/croissant/fruit/Juice/Tea/Coffee).

If required you can use the first half of the morning for your own internal meeting.

The group is split into teams, with each given a cash budget, a list of ingredients and the challenge to source product and ingredients, whilst negotiating price from market traders and retailers.

To be the top team they’ll have to prepare key elements to all dish’s like a Michelin-starred chef, and all against the clock to avoid the wooden spoon.

The whole group then enjoys the food they’ve helped to prepare, culminating in a prize-giving after dessert to determine who the champions of the challenge are.
