How It Works

You will begin the day with some delicious canapes and prosecco while our chefs run you through the plan for the day. You will then be guided through the creation of a delicious 3-course meal, preparing the key elements of each dish. Don’t worry if you’re not a confident cook; our professionally trained chefs are there to guide you through the whole process.

Once everything is prepared, let us handle the rest. For you and your team, it’s time to sit back, relax with a few drinks and enjoy a delicious meal. Our team of chefs will cook everything to perfection, so there is no need to worry about dry turkey or overcooked sprouts!

Yes. All dietary requirements are catered for at Underground Cookery School, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-specific needs. Both our two- and three-course Christmas menus include a vegetarian or vegan main. Please let us know about any dietary requirements as early as possible so our chefs can plan for them.
