A few weeks ago Jonny Wilkinson side stepped back into our lives, single handedly destroyed Saracens, then beat Clermont Auvergne to win the European Cup and we all remembered why we fell in love with the game in the first place.
On Monday Mark Hix came to The Underground Cookery School and took the most inspirational of classes and reminded all of us why we love cooking, bringing with him the message to use foraged ingredients. The big lesson was always wash before eating, otherwise you might as well get next door’s dog to wee in your salad.
