Join us for a fun, hands-on cookery experience where you’ll master two crowd-pleasing dishes you’ll want to recreate again and again at home. Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you’ll make fresh pasta completely from scratch, mixing, kneading and rolling your dough before using a pasta machine to create perfectly cut ribbons of tagliatelle. Your pasta is served with either a rich, slow-cooked Bolognese or a classic Pasta alla Norma with aubergine, tomato and Parmesan, both prepared in advance.
For dessert, working in small groups, you’ll discover how easy it is to create an impressive no-bake cheesecake, each personalising your own with a selection of toppings and flavour combinations to make it uniquely yours.
At the end of the class you’ll sit down with fellow guests to enjoy the two-course meal you’ve helped create, with bottomless wine and Prosecco throughout. There’s something uniquely satisfying about eating food you’ve made yourself, and you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to recreate the dishes at home.
