Take your home cooking to the next level with this hands-on class focused on preparing whole fish and breaking down poultry. Under the guidance of our professional chefs, you’ll learn to confidently fillet and de-bone a round fish and bone out a whole chicken, developing the knife skills used in professional kitchens every day.
You’ll work in pairs for part of the class, filleting a fish and boning a chicken between two, and pick up practical tips on knife handling, precision cutting and reducing waste. Your dishes are served with a seasonal vegetable garnish that may vary depending on what’s best on the day.
At the end of the class you’ll sit down with fellow guests to enjoy the two-course meal you’ve helped create, accompanied by bottomless wine.
Everything you need before you book — please have a quick read.
