Parma Ham

Last night we were “ham bushed” by the guys from Parma who were promoting their Prosciutto by staging a bloggers event where all three courses featured the uncooked, dry-cured meat.

Naturally we included Pasta as a starter with slow cooked crispy shards of Crudo, a main including Chicken wrapped in Prosciutto (some attendee attempts were rather ham fisted), and then got everyone “bacon” a slow cooked meringue with a candid version of the Emilia-Romana delicacy.

As soon as the first course was served the bloggers had their snouts in the trough; by the end of the meal all had truly pigged out before trotting home.

The whole night was organised by Alicia from the marketing agency Dialogue, it was a pleasure working with you.
